    You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base locally and globally, utilizing innovative strategies and platforms to promote our IT, branding, and training services.

  • Job Responsibility

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Activities:

    1. Lead Generation & Outreach:
      • Make 30-50 calls per day to prospective clients to introduce our services and convert leads.
      • Build a sales pipeline through proactive outreach on platforms like LinkedIn, email marketing, and CRM systems.
      • Connect with businesses across different industries locally and globally.
    2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
      • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs.
      • Maintain a detailed database of all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
      • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and feedback, ensuring excellent customer service.
    3. Sales Presentations & Proposals:
      • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
      • Negotiate and close deals for IT solutions, branding packages, and training programs.


    Marketing Activities:

    1. Digital Marketing & Global Outreach:
      • Use online channels like social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter) to promote our services globally.
      • Run targeted advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to capture international and local leads.
      • Optimize our website and content for SEO to enhance organic reach across the globe.
      • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce eye-catching promotional materials.
    2. Content Marketing:
      • Contribute to blogs, case studies, and email campaigns to showcase expertise in IT, branding, and training.
      • Launch webinars and virtual training demos to attract an international audience.
    3. Offline Marketing & Networking:
      • Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and networking meets.
      • Work on building partnerships with local and international agencies and businesses.

  • Educational Requirement

    Key Qualifications & Skills:

    Essential Skills:

    • Sales Expertise: Ability to confidently pitch services, negotiate deals, and close sales.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients worldwide.
    • Digital Savvy:
      • Proficient in using social media platforms, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and email marketing systems.
      • Experience with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
    • Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of IT solutions, branding services, and professional training programs.

  • Experience Requirement

    At least 3 yrs.
